The sky was on fire that evening, in a good way. Possibly, like this fascinating painting, from Edvard Munch
The Scream , but in a more heavenly way. My baby knows me well, and he called me when he saw the orange, gold and blue of that sky. I grabbed my faithfull little camera, and here I was, clicks after clicks...Click,click...You probably need less clicks than that to capture a pretty scene like that, but I might be a lousy photograph (No, you don't need to comment on this, thank you very much). Miami is one of these places where life seems to be calm and sereine, of course a very crazy life is out there, few hundreds yards away, in the very attractive
Ocean Drive, in South Beach Miami...
This is so cute, I became stepfather at 42!
Swimming like a lady, that she is actually, Holly, my baby's baby...Very keen on the tennis ball catching, jumping, grabbing, chewing and other dogs delights. Insasatiable is, I beleive, the correct term; She can spend a much as...actually, the human resistance is the only limit to her play, and you'd got a "tennis elbow" before she got tired. We recently discover that she's a very proper dog, well trained and educated; Indeed, she does her poopie doop inside the neighbour's garden, and he noticed, strangely. Few words of excuses and a quick clean up did the trick and nowadays, we do not check behind the fence, in case of a sequel...

On South Beach, a little family was playing shadows with the downing sun; Florida has such lovely colours when the sun sets. As many as other seaside resorts, like Greece and Spain. This evening, the sun seemed stranded between two of the tallest buildings of that part of Miami, and it gave just a little corridor of light. Magical.

As the Californians got Malibu and their BayWatch babies, Miami has also its famous lifeguards, and they are not less attractive! Here's a glimpse of their "little house on the...beach".
